Along with talk therapy, objectively measuring cognition is a standard practice and a key facet to client care. Significant fluctuations in your mood and cognition may occur on a day to day basis depending on what you’ve been doing, your sleep habits, your stress level, your diet, your mood, and a multitude of other factors. We will measure core elements of your cognitive function, including memory, attention, reasoning and verbal abilities, throughout your treatment plan and collaborate together to make informed decisions regarding your brain health.
